  Slomo Sapiens emerged from a slime-filled basement in Philadelphia with their debut EP, Hot Milk in 2018. Sporting a self-proclaimed genre of Sludge-Pop, Hot Milk delivers 4 certified-slappers, each hotter than the one before. The lead off track 'Bow Down' is a stalwart of new age garage rock. Single 'Toes' is Black Sabbath meets The Rugrats. Track 3 'Floater' is an absolute hectic case of the spins. Finally, Cinnamon is the woozy aftermath from everything preceding. Every stem was sent through distortion pedals, from vocals to drums, leaving the Slomos with a mess they never intended to clean up. Afterall, there’s no use crying over spilt milk.
